I get asked this question all the time. How too get started as an Affiliate Marketer?  I am going to show you how in 5 easy steps. There are different ways to go about being an Affiliate and some say that you don’t even need a website. I am sorry, I, have to disagree there because most of the best Affiliate Platforms today do request a Website. How, do I know that, because I spend hours and hours doing my research on Affiliate Platforms? Some Affiliate platforms, I don’t recommend as you can see in my Scam reviews here on this website and some affiliate Platforms I do recommend.

What is Affiliate Marketing first of all in a nutshell. As an affiliate marketer, you can register and join affiliate programs (there are 10,000’s of them), and there are over 550 MILLION product/services that you can promote as an affiliate, across every niche, and including almost every major brand/company. This includes people like you and I, you simply join these programs, they give you special and unique links to you, and then you can promote the products/services within their network or program.

That’s where your website will come in. Why do you need a Website I hear you ask? Don’t worry I will explain that, and why you will need a website and why it is better for you to have one. That is going to be STEP 2. This was my favourite step as I always wanted to own my own Website. I never ever dreamed I could actually do it. I have done it. Nowadays, getting online and earning money online is way easier than what it used to be.

In fact, I have just finished an article on How to make money in the CBD Affiliate Marketing Industry and, just about every one of the affiliate programs in CBD for Affiliate Marketing, do prefer you to have a Website. So That is going to be one of my Core steps. Don’t worry I can already hear you gasp, saying Oh No! Not a Website. I started out the same with zero skills no coding skills and no marketing skill, so you have my promise I will make this so easy for you to get started as an Affiliate Marketer.

I get asked a lot about Affiliate Marketing from Multi-Level Marketers!

I do get a lot of friends that are in MLM (multi-level market) that ask me if Affiliate Marketing is easier. I have to admit yes it is. I was with two MLM companies in the past and one of them was for 18 months. I didn’t earn a dime. All I ended up being was just another product buyer. Have you ever tried to sell to friends and family? It’s not as easy as you think.

That’s when I tried Affiliate Marketing. I have to admit it is the best thing I have ever done. I have been an Affiliate marketer now for three years and I love it. I don’t have the worry of having to do house parties or go around badgering family and friends to buy my products.  Nor the worry of posting on parcels like I had to do when I was a seller on eBay.

To be honest I don’t want to wait 4 or 5 years just to earn a substantial income. It does take years to get to the top of your game in Multi-Level Marketing. That can only happen if you have a sponsor that wants to help you. My sponsor was a friend and to be honest. I watched as she cut others out of the game so she could get more money for herself and her downline. I am not saying all sponsors are the same but lets put it this way. The sponsor I had was a friend of 25 years needless to say we don’t talk now.

Anyways without further ado lets get started on the Five Steps you are going to need if you want to be an Affiliate Marketer.

Just before we start. There is something you are going to want to know. What I am showing you here is not a get rich quick scheme. This is going to take some time and you are going to need to put in the work. However, if you follow my advice I will show you the best way to go about being an Affiliate Marketer. I am going to show you how in an affordable way. Something that is not going to cost you thousands of dollars and it will not be hard to achieve as long as you follow this article I have written to help you..

Don’t say I didn’t warn you as the only people that are earning money Are the lying Gurus, all they are doing is scamming you out of your hard earned cash. This isn’t such a long article and if you follow what I say by the end of the article. You will be ready to start your Own Online Affiliate Marketing Business and please this is so important and you must realize this. You are not going to be earning thousand’s in one week nor will you earn money overnight… However, what we are looking at is a lifetime online business that will belong to you and nobody else.

5 Easy Steps on How to Get Started as an Affiliate Marketer?

 

Step 1: Choose A Niche.

What is a Niche?

A niche is a distinct segment of the market, in other words, an “audience”.   When choosing a niche that you like or feel passionate about, you should be choosing something that is ideally an interest,  a hobby, but it could be something that you would like to learn about. You don’t need to BE an expert, you BECOME an expert. That is part of the training you can tap into for free.

Imagine picking a Niche, that you love, something like fishing, Your own Homemade products, How about this, my daughter loves to do Photoshop, she is going to sell her products on RedBubble. She can sell them,  Red Bubble also has an Affiliate Programme too. In all essence, my Daughter, could make her own photoshopped products to sell them, and she could even set up her own website too. Not only that, whilst promoting her own products, she could become an Affiliate also.

There are so many ways to actually make money while you are tapping into the Affiliate marketing industry. Now I am running away with myself as the thoughts and ideas that go through my mind are endless. So let’s get back to Affiliate marketing. That’s the joys of all the training I have been given. I could basically build any business I want.

A few things that you should understand about niches are:

(1) You are going to be writing content within your niche
(2) You are going to be communicating within your niche
(3) You are going to be choosing products to promote within your niche
(4) You are going to get to help people within your niche.
(5) Your first niche PROBABLY won’t be your last (so don’t worry about it being perfect)
(6) Any SINGLE niche website can become a “full time” income/business

STEP 2: How to build a Website.

Building out your first Website really is super easy. Now, I, use WordPress, as they are one of the best ways to get started building your very first Website. In fact, nowadays you can be up and running, on the internet within 3 minutes. Yes. it really can be done as quick as that. Once you are up and running. That is going to be, your piece of the internet world that will and can belong to you for as long as you want it to be.

So why do you need a Website?

Well, that’s simple. Having your own website means that the website is yours. It belongs to you. If you think about it, that’s how Jeff Bezos started out with Amazon. He really did, just have a little website, that promoted nothing but books. He already knew the only way, for him to go forward was by owning his own Website. Exactly as I own this one.

Think of your Online Business as a Life-Time business, not a Short-Term  Business. It makes total sense.

In fact, this is one of many websites I have, and some are for Local Businesses, if you like the Local Business side of marketing, then don’t worry these 5 steps, will apply for you too. Also in this video course and outline, this is where it gets important. Most Free Websites like WIX, GoDaddy, HostGator, don’t really give you any of this help at all. You are going to need the three main pages and some free plugins. These are all easy to get up and running. To be able to stay on the internet with your website you are going to need to be GDPR compliant. That means you are going to have to have Disclosure pages and Privacy Policies and disclaimers in place. Sounds scary I know but the process is quite simple as long as you have the right training. This is all part of the training you are going to be given for free.

Not many training platforms or free site builders like this do not tell you about GDPR or how to use privacy policy, Disclosures and disclaimers. If you are left to do it by yourself some Lawyers are tapping into this and charging fortunes. You don’t have to worry about that as all the training you need for this is easy to follow and not only that even easier as you can use the custom templates that some use members use. Step 3: Generating Traffic to your Website.

How do people find your Website?

Exactly the same way you found my website. I don’t pay for Ads nor do I have social media Ads connected to this website. I gain, all my traffic organically. In other words, that means you have found my website just by searching for certain keywords. When we look for something online, we can either go to social media and look there or we can just type it into Google Search bar or Bing. Or you can find what you are looking for on Youtube. They all use the same kind of process.

Like you have typed into the Google search bar, or any other search engine you prefer Safari, Firefox, Chrome, to mention just a few, How to get started as an affiliate marketer! That means you have picked up on my website as I have added those words in. Those are what we call Keywords. Now, this needs some work as we are up against a lot of competition. Especially like Keywords, I am using for this article.

Now for you to notice me before all the other websites. I am going to need a really good tool that can help me tap into the best keywords to use. One that I can reverse engineer my competitions and then I can land in the first pages of Google Yahoo and Bing. I needed people to be able to find my website so I need to have the relevant keywords and some good SEO. (site-engine-optimization).

Google does have its own free way of finding good keywords but, if you want something better then I use a tool Called JAAXY. It is a free tool I use as it comes with a part of my membership. This tool alone could cost you more than a $100 a month if you want the pro version. That’s how I land on the top pages of google without buying traffic nor paying for ads.

Step 4: How to Generate an income:

How do you make money with your website?

The best part. You can monetize your website in many ways. One of the easiest ways and brilliant if you do not have a product of your own to sell and also if you don’t have money to start buying stock to sell. See as affiliate marketers we do not own the product. We don’t even have to buy the product if we don’t want what we are is like a middle man. We write reviews on any product we want to be an affiliate of.

Like photography for example. Now if I wanted to earn commissions off the best Cannon Camera, for example, I would do a good review of the cannon Camera, do my homework on the Canon camera, and write a review. If you like my review you then click on the link and if you purchase the camera I, of course, get a commission on it. Some places like Amazon don’t really give you massive commissions. However, those commissions can add up very quickly.

You can in all essence, tap into any industry you want nowadays, and earn money from it. Being an Affiliate marketer it does cut out a lot of the hassle. You don’t have to buy the stock. You don’t have to deal with customer services. You don’t have to deal with posting nor returns. You don’t have to go out selling your products or recruit family and friends and you don’t have to worry about if your sponsor is a good one or a bad sponsor many get greedy I have heard tons of stories of sponsors who only help themselves. I was bitten twice and I won’t be bitten again by any sponsor.

Just about any company you can imagine, most nowadays no the potential to getting business online and they are now realising the power of been part of the Affiliate Industry. Like I said before and not many people realise it even eBay has tapped into the Affiliate marketing world. Just about every online business has an Affiliate program. Things couldn’t get any easier to find products to promote as this is a real bonus be sure to keep reading below.
