My 5 Step Success for Affiliate Marketing for Beginners in 2018.
Here are my top 5 reasons what you should do if, you want to be a long term Success in Affiliate Marketing in 2018. These 5 steps for those who are just stepping out into that big Abyss of the Affiliate Marketing World. This can help you along the way. If your fed up and need some real training that includes No Lies No B.S then please my Free online money making Guide for beginners 2018/19.
Step: 1 Build Credibility And Trust.
When promoting in any given Niche you choose. Make sure that’s it’s to your highest standards. Something you believe in and trust yourself.
Knowing your product is better for you and your conversions. If you know the product yourself and use the product it means you can vouch for that product or products.
Something that you can personally vouch for yourself something you trust. Makes for better understanding and a longer online commitment from your Buyer.
Promoting something you do not believe in makes hard work for yourself and it will show in your content when you try to sell it. You will also soon lose your heart in it. Sell Something that you can vouch for 100%.
Step: 2 Solve peoples problems.
Just remember when you are promoting anything you do it because you want to solve problems. Solving those problems means, helping people to solve their problems. Do your homework. Make sure you know what you are talking about. Get to know your product. Don’t annoy people by talking about something you have absolutely no clue about.
That just shouts out “THE SLIME JUST WANTS MY MONEY”
That’s the ouch factor. they won’t be back. They will never trust you.
Keep these 5 things I have listed below in your Mind.
- Who you can help.
- Who do you know who would need your help?
- Those that you do know could it help them.
- How can you help them?
- Solve their problems.
Step: 3 Take a Long Term Approach.
Now its common sense this one and something I have to stress time and time again. Success does not happen overnight. It takes time to win a customer, client, subscribers trust.
It takes a second to lose them. Always remember that. If you act like some slimeball offering tons of cash you will lose that potential sale in a second. They can always go somewhere else.
Be on time within all your posts or email lists be on top of the game always. Keep up with comments. Comments that dont! get a reply, people notice and they tend to leave pretty quick.
Step: 4 Get to know your Audience.
Getting to know your audience is essential. “Selling snow to an Eskimo is just not going to happen is it.” Make sure you get your Audience right. Make sure you know where to direct all your content be on top of your Business. Amplify your engagement and conversions.
There is some Awesome training I could share with just click on the Video below. Writing Content with Intent.
Step 5: If you have to ask yourself this one last Step.
Last but not least and it is short and sweet. Step 5.
If you have to ask yourself this one question.
“Should I be Promoting this?” then you have your Answer already. You Shouldn’t !!
So as short as this post is I am hoping it will help you Beginners get on the right path. The success is staying ahead of the rest.
I would love some feedback here too. If you have any questions just pop in your comments and let me know. keep in touch and tell me what you think. I am constantly adding new content almost daily.
I am also updating all of my old content to keep not only you but myself up to date.
Let’s make money online the real way. No B.S No Lies.
I am so glad you boiled what needs to be done down to 5 steps. Out of all the ones you listed, I think step 2 is the most important. People are just not going to read your article if it does not help them. To do otherwise would be a waste of time. They just need to hit the back button and they are off and running to a different site that will help them.
I do have a question though. When you say “do your homework” underneath step 2, could you elaborate on what you mean by that? What are the practical steps I need to fully understand my niche? I look forward to hearing your answer.
Thank you for sharing and I hope you make it a great day!
HI, Alex,
Thank you for the comment. I am adding more content to that post too. As for doing your home work it really means just that. Make sure you know your product you are promoting. If you talk about some thing you dont know about then whats the point.
You can’t really help people that way. Like any one New for instance that has a product for sale but doesn’t have a clue what it does. How can that help any one. Its always best to know your product. So you can be prepared for any questions in your niche.
For Instance my Site basically is a massive review on W.A., because I know everything about it, I should I have been with them since 2016 that doesn’t mean to say I still dont need to do home work because I do. Doing your Home work means finding out as much as you can about your Product.
I hope that helps answer your question Alex.
Thank you and let me know if I answered your question
Regards Debs.
Great article! I’m really glad you pointed out those common sense things because the reality is “common sense” isn’t so common. You shed light on doing this to provide value for people and that is what it is all about. I also like when you said “it takes time to win them but a second to loose them” so true! Great work!
Hi, Davona,
Thank you for your post. Thats what I am hoping to achieve. Within My website.
Thank you once again.
Hope to see you back again soon.
Regards Debs.
I highly agree that we should be building credibility and trust. There’s nothing worse than trying to be someone you’re not, putting out false content only to find out you’re not ranking because you simply aren’t being honest. All that hard work down the drain for nothing – time you can’t get back. It’s best to do your best from the very get go, and NOT copy + paste content. Because that never ends well. Great job on the article, keep it up.
Hi, Brandon yes I totally agree. I write from the heart. I couldn’t promote something I didnt believe in that would be just awful. Like I say success is not an overnight thing it takes time. I am pleased to say however my businesses ARE ALL FLYING because of the training within Wealthy Affiliate.
Thank you for your Comments and please stay in touch.
